Even with the meditation, it’s trippy as shit. Doing a sort of self-hypnosis and imagining them there is weird, but it’s oddly comforting. I’ve been able to have reliable dreams of Shining Armor, and it’s awesome even though it’s a little strange.
 
I wouldn’t do full tulpa. There’s something about it that seems just a little off. But the meditation is comforting. It is kind of weird when I do it when falling asleep and it goes from me meditating to Shining Armor hypnotizing me via cuddling to sleep. Yes, even I think it’s weird and I like it.

For everyone else: if you intend on making a tulpa, be prepared to have a companion who can see all your desires, wants and lies laid bare, for the rest of your life.  
Imagine having someone who can and will tell you if you’re deceiving yourself, and unwaveringly be there to help you overcome said deceit. Imagine someone who is part of you and yet different enough to change you at the most basic levels - if you trust them enough.  
This is what tulpa can be. They can be many other things, too. The only thing they can not be, is something you don’t desire.
 
Oh, and there’s so much overlap between creation of tulpa and things that improve you by themselves, that you’re pretty much guaranteed to improve oneself even if you reject the “tulpa” ideology and just stick with methods used, such as meditation.

I heard about Tulpas  
I had worked or rather attempt on it. I have better chances at lucid dreaming about it than training my brain on to creating a imaginary character while un-attending my real life.  
Its good to dream~…
