This one is an admirable conduit for magic to flow through. She will serve as a fine vessel for us. Once she is purged of this troublesome light. These memories of a loving older brother, of friends from long ago that she took for granted. Of new friends that mean so much to her. All of this meaningless friendship and the love that coincides with it, that furnishes it and fuels it and allows it to sparkle like a star in the sky.
 
This will all be discarded.
 
And replaced only with us.
 
It is perhaps appropriate that her final desperate thought will surely be a silent, mental plea – or perhaps her begging their own forgiveness for her failure to protect herself – to these ones that she so loves and values, a final thought for them before it all goes black.
