Migraines are no fun. Ive been having them a LOT lately. So I guess this is vent art? I dunno. I think now I like the idea of Celly getting frequent migraines too. Because, yknow, its great when your head decides youre just going to hurt and be dumb for a while and all desire to be productive just goes out the window.
But yeah, thats sorta why I havent done much for a while. I just want to curl up in a ball someplace quiet and dark and play Dwarf Fortress or something.
Right!
Monopoly takes a while, but the dice lacks a cup; I think Celestia can easily last long enough to win, so long as she hires a Royal Monopoly Banker to fairly deal with any financial transactions… for it’s not about winning; it’s simply about surviving the sixteen hour-long games.
Maybe, what about… Monopoly?
(Celestia: “My dwarfs just flooded the level with lava.”)
Trouble… especially the way people I’ve played with go all crazy on the bubble popper. I’d die
Boggle has longer pauses and shorter games, compared to Yahtzee.
This one’s got a meeeean spinner, though.
What about Boggle? That would be awful on someone’s brain.
lol… reflex anonym. sorry.
They checked it with MRI, blood tests and tests for epilepsy. All negative. This is the bad about the migraine. There is no reason for that. But I feel that strong pulsing pain in my neck, head and eyes. As if it would be in the muscles and in the lymph nodes. It’s similar to the feeling of fever flu-like headache. This is why it can be a “soft one”.
But I have photophobia as well since I was a child.
Besides I control the pains so it is no matter. And it’s over maybe…
Well if you get really used to it, it could just be you getting used to the pain… or it could be something more serious; consider seeing a doctor for a check-up.
But I had no migraine since… two years? Strange but I forgot about that. Now that I pay attention to it, I feel that I have a weaker one right now.
Just remember: Beat Hazard can end a level, and be done with the game with the completion of any level.
As for Yahtzee, the minimum is two players, 13 rolls per player. That’s the BEST case scenario: 26 “shakings and rollings and calculating the best results”. The best LOGICAL scenario, uses all three “rolls” per turn… that’s SEVENTY-EIGHT shaking, rattling, and rolls.
And don’t even get me started on more than two players… or the dreaded “New game”. I think Celestia would just hurl the sun at the planet, at the risk of losing her sanity.
Ahhh, that just looks painful…
I can’t decide which would be worse, that or Beat Hazard.
No, there are worse games to play with a migraine… Meet the King of them. (Censored for being too terrifying to imagine playing with a migraine).
Can you hear it? It’s your future migraine screaming for mercy.
Eh, losing is supposed to be fun, right? It’s not bright and flashy, I turn off sound and I can take it at a slow pace. So, it’s something to do when I can’t sleep the pain off.
Maybe it’s one of those push-so-far-it-loops-back-around kinda things?
