Yeah, I think the main difference is that even though the final battle lasted the same time for all of the movies (~5 mins), the main conflict between the heroes and the villains all had different times.
If you count the time from when the heroes powered up to the villains’ defeat, then Equestria Girls lasted around 2 minutes, Rainbow Rocks lasted around 4 minutes, and Friendship Games lasted around 2 1/2 minutes.
I know. I just wish the scene was any longer. Okay, maybe not an hour long, but still slightly longer than five minutes.

If you count the time from when the villains transform to when they revert back to human after they’re defeated, then the final battle from every one of the movies is approximately the same length. I checked, and each one lasted approximately five minutes.
I don’t think that. I like spike it was just a joke or at least I thought it was I didn’t take it seriously.

No I remember and that was probably the last one we’ll get. Hasbro: “Here have this we hope you enjoy it cause it’s the last one you’ll ever get.”

People forgot about Tirek fight?
They still made him into someone’s pet that’s not allow to have his own counterpart in this new world, nor able to interact with it on his own. It would of been interesting to see his role at Crystal Prep given his hero status in the Crystal Kingdom, but now we’ll never know.

Also he kept these abominations from entering the pony world so I’m rooting for him. (I don’t like EQG very much)

Had it been not for him, the battle would have been far longer and more epic. But that’s just me.

Well someone had to be the Vegeta to assist in the fight, although I wish it lasted longer.
