Yeah, this sort of sadness is the reason why I prefer DresdenCodak’s reboot idea for Barbara Gordon/ Oracle.

When you really think about it, the man has a point: In a place like the DC Universe with all its magic and flying robots, anyone with access to Bruce Wayne’s money and resources SHOULD be able to get up a flight of stairs, regardless of their injuries.
