I don’t really see it that way, I see it as Tiara realizing that the CMC are being genuine in caring about her feelings, wanting to help her, and befriend her dropping the whole “tough girl” act with them finally.
 
I loved this part, it shows she was genuinely touched by the CMC’s kindness torwards her despite all the hell she put them through for the past 5 years. It’s almost like she can’t even believe they’re being nice to her, or feels she even deserves it.
