The best thing to do is to just lie on your back and relax, and let the swarm surround you. Let the tiny yellow equine-like creatures land on you. Listen to their voices, they’re known to cause strong feelings of bliss and peace that can last even for days. Laughing can make the effect significantly stronger.
 
Touching their nose (known as “booping”) can temporarily stun them, but after they recover, they often appear to be laughing. Sometimes they can return the favor, and boop you. Their hooves appear to be ticklish, but due to their small size and shy nature, you must be very careful if you want to tickle them. Their bellies are also highly sensitive to touch.

If you stay put, they swarm you. They’ll gently poke and brush you with their soft hooves and wings. If you move very carefully, you might be able to pet some of them. But do not attempt to capture them. Getting swarmed by Fluttershies is not dangerous, except maybe for your heart.
 
They’re known to communicate with their own language, but no one understands it. Their voices have been described to be extremely soft and comforting. Some people say they understand human languages, but no conclusive evidence for this exists due to their extreme shyness.
