If art is you primary source of income, then yes, by definition, you are a professional artist, and you should be paid at least your regional minimum wage for the time and effort you put into it.

People generally want to pay as little as possible for stuff, that’s just how it is.
It is a good idea to start with figuring out how much your time is worth. E.g. If you are spending 2 hours on a drawing that you sell for $14, that is $7/hr. Is your time only worth $7/hr?
