I could accept that if she didn’t way disproportionally more at her two previous sizes.
She’s 3’3 (39”) in the first image and here she is 18’ (216”).
That’s ~5.5 times the height, which means she would weigh 5.5^3 or about 170 times as much as she does in the first image, which is 17329 pounds or 7,860 metric tons.
I know it’s just a nitpick, but I like it when the proportions of height and mass are done correctly

She’s way too light for her size. She’d actually weigh more than a full-grown Elephant at this point.

Considering that Twilight managed to walk with TOM on her back, what is most likely 1-1.5 tons heavy, I think she would manage to lift Rainbow Dash even at such size. Not that Dash would ever ask her to do that, heh.
