It varies, I think. Mostly hot, maybe
I live with the south and deal with that from May until September. You just have to know how to beat it.
(And in the long run, I still prefer having to deal with it than the cold.)

Heat + Humidity = No Cooling Down
Mark me down as a thrives-in-the-cold-person-er. I regularly wear T-shirts and shorts when it’s 10C out.
But being out in the summer, especially with our humidity, and I’m only good for a couple of hours then it’s retreating to the AC if given the option.

I’m the opposite way. For me, I enjoy warm (and even hot) weather and it’s easy to stay cool in the heat. However, when it’s cold, it’s a lot harder to keep warm when out in the cold.
