I feel like OP purposefully missed the whole “baby” part, but I’ll let it slide because she was quick to shut down several of the dragons once they started flinging lava/and Garble for chewing out Spike.

Fluttershy has come a long way.

I know I’ve said that the Mane Six’s character arcs are basically complete now, but it’s still nice to get reminders of their growth every now and then.

Thank you. I seriously can’t picture Season 1 Fluttershy doing half of the things she does in later seasons.

What do you mean finally she had it since Season 3 & 4  
after making friends with Discord and removing Tireks  
power talk about being naive,ignorant,oblivious.

And you guys thought Fluttershy episodes was just her learning the same lesson over and over again.

Fluttershy has grown a lot over the show. The chronically meek wallflower who was routinely talked over by her friends would never have shouted at Applejack to shut it and listen to her like she did in “Sounds of Silence”, for instance; or compare how she had to be dragged along every step of the way in “Dragonshy” to how she was the only constantly keeping everyone moving along in “A Health of Information”. She has come quite far.

She is still staying in a limbo between being a “Flutter doormat” and “Flutterbitch” most of the time. She is ethier being a pushover to everyone around, or being a complete ass and yelling at others. She has some great moments, in which you can see her “good” side tough. For example, she was mad that a contruction worker didn’t build her “dream animal shelter”, even if she failed to give him blueprints for it. Her anger was completly unjustified and she came out as a douchebag.
 
The problem will stay untill hasbro doesn’t learn that “Assertive =/= obnoxious asshole”. Assertive people don’t yell or get phicial with others. They can calmly state thier opinion and say “no” when they have to, while staying respectful.

Except they have. Fluttershy has shown a lot of back bone and is much easier to defend her self and she clearly isn’t as shy as she use to.
 
She is still a bit shy yes, but character development doesn’t mean turning into a complete 180 of yourself and it’s easy to see her shyness will always be apart of her. Their are parts of every one’s personality that will go down but won’t go away forever and for Fluttershy that is shyness. Honestly any one who is still saying she hasn’t develop and change is just refusing to accept it at this point.

Of course she wants to see the dragons, now that she knows that she can dominate them.

Not really. All that show has been doing is hammering “Hey, see how much fluttershy has changed?” without actually provideing anything of substance to prove that (aka. Making her being written consistently).

Well, in S1 the dragons were believed for the most part to be mindless destructive beast, by the time of season 6 that got debunked and then they stablished political and social relationships with Equestria, and since it has been pretty clear that the dragon nation is pacific abeit kinda harsh at times, no wonder Flutters would lose the fear.

She’s afraid of the big dragons, not the small ones

Fluttershy liked baby dragons since season 1 episode 1. That’s why she responded to positively towards Spike when they first met.
