I don’t think so, because the picture is a ponification based on the Soviet film “Devchata” (“The Girls”) from 1960s. However, you should ask the artist to make sure :)

It’s the Soviet chainsaw named “Druzhba” (literally “Friendship”). It was developed in 1950’s. By the way, it was named “Friendship” to commemorate the 300-year anniversary of the reunion between Russia and Ukraine!
