This reminded me a lot of a Warhammer 40k crossover fanfic I read where a daemon-possessed unicorn’s cutie mark changed to the mark of Chaos. It’s called A Foul Light Shines. (If anyone is afraid of dark fanfics, it’s not over the top grimdark. I don’t understand why FIMFiction still doesn’t have a Grimdark tag.)
