Yeah fuck it I’m done arguing.
Mechanics are not lore. They heal limb damage on non-hardcore to make the game easier. Stimpaks, in lore, do not mend broken bones.
Thought this was Venus in the Fallout universe.
@Dazril
WHAT ARE YOU TWO TALKING ABOUT!?
How did we go from Venus to Fallout?
Dude I’ve played through New Vegas at least six times. I know that unless you throw on hardcore mode, you can still use stimpacks on limbs to fix them. It’s only when you’re playing anything before 3 or the aforementioned hardcore mode in New Vegas that you have to use the medicine skill to fix yourself, go see a doctor, or find a doctor’s bag.
it does that on lower difficulty settings, not survival. The ability of stimpaks to cure broken bones is not reflective of the actual lore, it’s simple mechanics designed for less skilled players, or players who aren’t interested in that challenge.
Hell in 4 you just wait a short while and any and all broken limbs just fix themselves. The only time Stims don’t give you back your limbs is if you’re playing hardcore mode in New Vegas. Or anything before 3. So unless the raiders or slavers are packing pipe rifles and Mausers, I’m gonna say that this is a later Fallout title.
I’m not sure about most Fallout games, but broken limbs can be resolved by stimpaks in Fallout 3.
Then again, FO3 also lets you sleep off broken limbs in a one-hour power nap, so maybe realism isn’t exactly what that game was going for.
Thursday appear to be set in that universe, and broken limbs are not resolved by stimpaks.
Guess I’ll just swing wide from both sides.
Not like the wastelands are short in supply of stimpacks or anything.

Great, you’re still getting ganged up on and have to decide your focus multiple ways, so the odds do not favour you against a determined attacker. The best case scenario for you is they decide to avoid injury in the confrontation and leave. The worst case scenario for you is a fight, because they will likely win, and if they don’t you will be injured.
“Guess I got four beating sticks. Lucky you.”
I agree. There should be a cringe tag.
Not gonna lie, I kinda want that to be the follow up image. Perfect”bruh moment” material
Eeyup
lets face the facts though, ponies know what venus’s job is and who knows maybe they paid her already and he walked in on them. in that case he is basiclly holding them all hostage and if some pony else happens see them. next thing you know
