No, compared to Twi’s horn her’s is shorter..her cutie mark and flank are both small, her visible hind leg seems a little shorter, tail’s shorter, overall she does look smaller.
 
If it were just leg-length issue, other parts of her wouldn’t have size issues too.
 
Fuck’s sake, the horn alone is like..only 75% of it’s actual size. Her flank’s too small when you compare how much the cutie mark actually covers it. Her torso also seems smaller.
 
It’s like she’s more Big Mac size than canon size.
 
She’s smaller, I have no doubts there now.
