@ChiefofRocketry: Good point. In the book Kaa was never described as being huge…nor was he Mowgli’s enemy. All that was twisted around for the Walt Disney movie.

@ChiefofRocketry: Rudyard Kipling’s Kaa could not have been an Anaconda because the stories were set in India. Anaconda’s live in South America.
 
It’s more likely that Kaa was an Indian Rock Python.

If there’s one thing I can’t get out of my mind is that Kaa and the old Winnie the Pooh had the same voice actors and sounded the same. So now I can’t watch either of them without thinking of the other.
