CronoM

Okay, so some people in the comment section mid final season argued that even if Series Sombra (who was a complete waste of generic evil space) was killed off, at least the rest of the villains will have some for of resolution….
…which they didn’t. Grogar was a fake, and their solution for the other 3 villains was the pre-S2E1 solution, petrify the villain.
Instead of a big storyline with Sombra’s complex backstory and him reforming, MLP:FiM’s original theme, he was given nothing and died as nothing.
Instead of the awesome Nightmare Rarity storyline and many other IDW stories that did Luna justice, we got the Tantabus episode and a whole lot of nothing with Luna.
Nearly every single MLP premier and finale managed to be divisive in terms of quality and what occurs.
Sure, IDW had quite a few stinkers, no one’s denying that, buuuut….
…if the show couldn’t do story arcs at all without being completely absurd, were we all just projecting our anger with the show onto the comic? (Heck most people outside of Derpibooru think the comics were overall fine)
Hell, we even have confirmation that everything the show worked towards ended in disaster in the future of G5.
Not surprised, considering all the bad decisions.
So I guess G4’s eventual conclusion in the future is similar to Show Sombra’s one.
