I looked for previous versions if this image, and this one is different.
The two previous versions are as follows:

One where she looks perhaps upset and disappointed at it being semen but goes for a second drink anyway.
And one where she’s happy that it’s semen but we don’t see her go for a second drink.

I figure the next edit should be of her looking happy only after she discovers it is semen.
