The Pegasus tokens should be monocolored unless multicolored creatures matter in-block.

You are right about Cider Rush. Unlike the others, it does something instead. Maybe it should regenerate?
 
Parasprite’s Feast is fine; compare Natural End.

3 mana to give a creature semi-permanent +3/+3, AND gives it haste for the turn its applied? IDK, sounds a little much. Parasprite’s Feast is a bit much for an Instant, too. Maybe make it a Sorcery instead.
