But, whatever the situation, here we have Medley making a sand sculpture of Firefly, and now they’re gazing adoringly into each other’s eyes.
Though it wasn’t always this shippy, in the comics they were near inseparable; they often arrived together and worked together if it wasn’t a solo story focusing on just one of them. Rescue at Midnight Castle couldn’t properly show it; too many characters to give screentime to ‘cause we’re only getting ‘em once - but they tried: the two of them flying and then sliding down the rainbow together is the very first shot, and there’s Medley being the one to tell Firefly that the Double Inside-Out Loop was too dangerous (we all know Firefly’s response by heart by now: “Danger is my life, Medley!”)
Lol! So they tried to arrive separately to hide their relationship but having all the same stuff in their baskets gives it away. Nice try, you two.
They ought to just come out. They should know their friends are accepting, what with Glory and Moondancer being married and all.

Okay, now I’m looking out for this ship. Case in point: >>1316235, where they very carefully arrive from different directions but at the same time carrying very similar baskets of stuff.
@And Brother I Hurt People
The wings look fine to me. At least they do look like wings and have feathers.
