The thing on the left seems to be a machine generating stickers with your names printed ($50 per sticker in Taiwan, or about less than $2 in USD); the board on the right advertises about the entrance ticket that is currently $350 in Taiwan (which is a bit more than $10 in USD, I believe). The ticket is for an amusement park with 6 facilities, according to the board.
