My idea is to make magus a bat pony because hes cursed and ayla is still an alicorn because i figured the earliest ponies where probably just that but the rest was the same

Thank you for drawing! As a little extra note, I liked this enough to have headcanons for the others:
-Magnus as an edgy unicorn, of course.
-Frog as originally a pegasus (knightly traditions).
-Robo… still a robot.
-Ayla as a HORSE (early evolution of pony, lets her be big and strong, dodges the earth pony stereotype).
It also means they all have different races, which I think is a nice touch.~
