I didn’t say it’s bad. I highly appreciate the colouring of these pictures, makes them a lot better. :)
Now Paint.NET kind of sucks but you can still do something.
Fyi,yes I do just use the paint bucket tool in paint.net. It may not come out pretty,but I still like it.

Most beginners don’t know how to use layers and selections, even with something like GIMP, and just paint-bucket everything…
With some tolerance at most.

I have a feeling the artist just paintbucket’d the image and touched up, but forgot to take care of the alias regions, heh.
