Horrifying, well that would be the appropriate word. I could type for hours speaking of nightmares I had, though perhaps in great detail. I don’t recall them all right now but once I’d get started I’m sure I’d recall other ones.

I’m sorry to hear that you have so many horrifying nightmares! It sounds quite traumatic.
But when you have these nightmares, remember the words of Psalm 23: Though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, you will fear no evil, for God is with you. His rod and his staff comfort you.

I’m not sure it’s advice from personal experience. I got it from somewhere, (Biblical text perhaps) but so far I’ve never even had a girlfriend. That doesn’t mean my nightmares aren’t brutal on occasion though, for example after I watched a movie called “Double Jeopardy” (see link) I then dreamed of a part in the movie. (movie spoiler) It’s the part where Libby’s head is repeatedly hit against a wall or column. Aaaaand, other dreams I’ve had are particularly grotesque grimdark but that’s even back when I was ten years of age. Some of my advice stems from avoiding having nightmares like these.

That sounds like advice from experience, do you have a headcanon pony wife too?
Oh, I’ve already done that. In my headcanon she’s not so interested in animals, but she loves them more than me. And she likes to sing more. And there’s definitely no Angel Bunny! He makes me want to cry for that poor sweetheart.

No, I wouldn’t. It’s just that, I’d recommend one thing; for it to be your Fluttershy, like a branch off of the main story arc (lots of people headcanon Fluttershy as their wife, I’m sure) to prevent jealousy and fights and whatnot.
Would you call me crazy if I said that I headcanoned myself as being married to Fluttershy, and looking a bit like that Rainbow Blaze oc?
