Eden uses martial arts. Applejack probably used street moves in a 18th-century American sense, which would probably just be called Irish or Cowboy Brawling, lol. Though, it hasn’t been said if she still helps around Sweet Apple Acres after returning to Equestria after disappearing 170 years ago through a tear in the fourth wall.
Eh, they’re apple trees in the Apple family’s orchard.
With all the specialized earth-pony magic around, they could probably be split in two and still get back to healthy conditions by next harvest.
