What’s with all the Mr. Resetti-hate? I always thought he was kinda funny personally. His whole purpose in the game is to discourage players from resetting the game, or not saving, which is kinda like “cheating.” Ask anyone who’s cheated in games that way before.  
(Doesn’t stop me sometimes though.) ;)
 
Anyways, this kinda fits considering Resetti & Fluttershy’s mood swings.
