This Rosso i made him when I was really freaking bored. I based his design off the sinanju img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20
Okay I’ll make an attempt to justify Rosso. I based his design off the Sinanju from Gundam which is red and black Mobile Suit piloted by the Ghost of the Red Comet. Which is lazy way of coming up with a character’s appearance.
Personality: Rosso is charismatic which makes him a leader.He is also arrogant which makes him prideful.So he has little patience for those who question him, or if he feels if hes been insulted. Rosso can be vindictive to the point where it effects his decisions. But he respects those who stand up their beliefs. He is fanatically loyal to the ponies he leads. Rosso is also militaristic.
An example of Rosso’s arrogance he once thought helping ponies would be a poor example of his abilities. He only help the ponies of an island nation from Discord when their leader played him up like a god, he lost badly.
Rosso’s loyalty: Rosso stayed at the island because the island’s governor cared for him in her home. Rosso then left the soon after to get revenge on Discord.But found out he was turned to stone. So he went back to the island. Only to find out an earthquake hit the island and found out that the leader was gravely injured she named him the next leader of the island because she thought he had the power to protect the island ponies. He did so out of her kind act towards him and because she was his friend.
Rosso’s arrogance and pride led to the death of his friend and adviser. Rosso didn’t want to negotiate with a faction on the island that didn’t see him as leader so Rosso’s adviser went to the enemy faction. When Rosso learned about this he sent a task force to bring him back. The resulting battle killed his friend. Where Rosso asked for another peace negotiation and the agreed Rosso would step down every 20 years for different pony would lead the island until their term was up and Rosso would take over for another 20 years.
Rosso worried that larger nations might want to take over the island began studying military strategies becoming a good tactician, and military strategist.
