No problem, it’s an extremely confusing thing when you first run into it, isn’t it? The image looks fine here, but there it’s broken - it’s like magnets :)

DeviantArt images sometimes are rotated on the site, and the rotation is saved as metadata in the image - the image isn’t actually rotated at the source. And DerpiBooru deletes metadata from images for privacy, because the meta data can include personal information, so when the image arrives here it’s back to it’s original rotation. The fix is to rotate the image before uploading, or if it’s already been uploaded to download the image and rotate it locally, then re-upload it and report the duplicate.
