Well, using black in this context is clearly racist and planet comes from the greek term πλανήτης, which means wanderer or vagabond, both of which are antiziganist.

The ethical commentary on this comic (about morality in arts and how not to propagate racist views for aesthetical purposes) is really fitting on the date this comic was released here… A “hilarious in handsight” in my opinion.
