Indeed, I still need to get a lot of practice in with human faces, and this critique is much appreciated.  
I will say though, the lip colour was something I’d sampled from another picture, and put it down to “lipstick”, more than natural colour, although I’d mistaken it for a pink, and not green… my bad.
 
Lets see what can be done.

Not a bad drawing. I apreciate the styling you have chosen. The “Whatever you call the stage after the rough sketch is style” adds a nice flare with the coloring. In short i like this, but i have a few problems, primarily in the Face.
 
While the general structure is on a acceptable level, the mouth seems overblown; not to mention the color of Vinyls lips gives it a very untaural look to it, if maybe changing the lip color to something more darker and less greenish. Also is it possible to tilt and possibly shrink the mouth.
 
The only other complaint that i have is to just redo the nose. Too me, is it also looks jarring and off.
