News flash:  

People outside the fandom don’t care about your distinctions. If you join in on heaping negative stereotypes on the term “brony”, they’re going to be applied to you.

It’s pretty much hard to determine where the border between mlp-fan and brony is. Although I define myself as a brony, I behave like the mlp-fan from the pic

I’m inclined to agree with this, I for one love the show but will not be caught dead cosplaying ponies or saying forced pony memes.

See, to me, this creates a contradiction in terms, or maybe a paradox, I’m not sure, since in my book a Brony is a fan of Mlp that happens to fall outside the toy line’s target demographic.

Im the one at the left.  
Im no fanatic of anything but real life science.  
I love real fact and big big books.

So my choices are either an overly-obsessed superfan with questionable fashion or a straight-collared analytical tool critiquing a children’s cartoon?  
How about the guy who has fun with ponies and that’s it?

Even if they can be over-enthusiastic, I think I’d rather hang with the guy on the right… Or actually, come to think of it, either of those guys over whoever made this.
