As the image gives one “caption this” vibes when in another part has Allura accused of knocking the fruit basket out of Izzy’s hooves.
If that’s the case then shouldn’t she have figured out a way to keep Izzy gone? She could have used her magic to block the entry into that cave so Izzy couldn’t get in even if she wanted to. But it’s expected since Allura is shown to be one of the most unintelligent villains in MLP.
It’s also possible Allura didn’t know the ocean wave combined with her spell would give Izzy short term amnesia, kind of like how Allura didn’t know the ponies of Starlight Ridge could break free of her spell just by getting pelted with magic snow.
