Also, oral thermometers are longer and slender to help take the temperature deep into the tongue base, while rectal thermometers are more shorter and have blunt round tips, so as to not rip the delicate soft rectal tissue
It’s the wrong person doing the one-liner here, but there still is one, and you could just say the talent also involves setting them up for others.
The situations were it really goes outside of the initial concept is when she starts showing up in supporting roles in other people’s stories (Pun Pony shows up surprisingly often around the more story-related mlp tumbler blogs, and is rather recognizable)

Early on, most of them were puns. But you can only have so many puns, so they have tried to expand the tumblr with more story lines, with various degrees of success.
Though funny fact about “splenda” or rather its active ingrediant “sucralose” is that its most valuable properties were discoverd by accident.
A believe it was a college student though it could have been a professer… (position is not really that important for the story) Was asked by a profeccer to test the compounds the the petredishes in the next lab, you can probably guess what they heard and did.
