To summarize the arcs (I have also included a page count)…
The first timeline was one in which Scootaloo’s mom was still alive (20 pages starting with the page where the timeline change). I think it goes without saying that this one is important (and you were likely referring to the timelines after this one).
The second timeline was basically a trip to the future. Motherly Scootaloo meets Aero (23 pages). This one is a most read in my opinion.
After this was three short crossovers with the writer’s original work (the purpose of this is that where will be a vote next month to decide which gets made first). These are 7, 8, and 9 pages each
Spread between those we had the one panel crossovers (which have all been collected one page, originally on three pages), the two page Serious Rainbow crossover, the mysterious meeting with Solar (three pages), the two page “Uma Musume Pretty Derby”, and the longest one of these, the crossover with Sciset Diary (12 pages).
You can take this information for yourself and decide how much “filler” this is. Personally I don’t think it would make sense for a dimension hopping trip to end too soon.
I don’t think so. I skipped through it, and once I was back to the main storyline I was able to easily follow the plot.

That was 10/10 greatest comic I have ever read, and the longest too!
I assume the larger wings represent Scoots and the smaller pair Lightning and the symbol itself represents how her special talent is being a mother to her child.
