Its about AppleSpike which was ignored, not Spike. Spike was ignored by Applejack and Dash by Fluttershy, but at least he got a prize from Rarity while Rainbow Dash was the only one who didn’t get any gift or affection.
um yea…Spike got a 3rd wet one. Not sure where you got this ignored SPike thing.
Well a least Spike mad up sang his feelings to Rarity and got a kiss from her.

Rainbow didn’t literally care 0% about Fluttershy’s gift, but she did basically buy the first thing she could think of when the answer wasn’t conveniently given to her mere minutes after she drew Fluttershy’s name.
It doesn’t make her terrible or anything, but she definitely put in the least amount of thought into it compared to the others.
Rainbow cared enough to at least try to get an answer from Fluttershy…only she wasn’t all that helpful. And Discord mostly seemed like he manipulated Rainbow to make her give the gift he specifically wanted to give than helping Dash give a gift Fluttershy would be happy with.
