I didn’t say it would only apply to men but I take your point. I suppose I’m just so used to seeing so much porn catering to straight men that when I see something like this I make the assumption that’s who it’s targeted at.
However, since Chrysalis is flat-chested here and we can’t see her pelvic area there’s nothing to stop an imaginative individual from letting their mind wander and assuming this is just a very effeminate King Metamorphosis (or whatever the fan-name du jour is).
Anyone can find this attractive, after all this artist mainly draws explicit work, so its intended to be that way.
I would also say it’s a safe bet that many men find such proportions (big hips, relatively small extremities) attractive.
