There’s a difference between a character that’s been in a show with the same voice actress that features in several episodes over a period of twenty three years and a minor character that has shown up a handful of times and barely speaks.
A replacement VA for someone so minor is simple.
No but how does that mean they won’t replace twist’s actor?
VA availability hasn’t stopped studios from using a different VA to fill in, though. Mel Blanc, for instance. I’d actually like to see someone else fill in for Twist.
