Scootaloo from My Little Pony. :D
I went for a mod 60’s look a la Trixie from Speedracer. I used Simplicity #2927 for the dress. The wig is a Scruffy from Cosplay.com in PK06 Hot Pink. Contacts are from Pinky Paradise. (Dolly Eye, I think!) I’ll be posting a tutorial for the $10 wings soon. :D
