I’ve been updating Movie Slate in a relatively consistent fashion for almost a year, and somehow never uploaded a single one of those panels over here on DeviantArt. I never claim to be the sharpest tool in the shed, but even for me this was a pretty dull move. From this point on I’ve decided to upload at least one or two pictures every week, most from those updates I actually feel pretty good about.

Honestly, I think it’s a funny idea to have a character from The Lion King watch this very gritty movie about killer lions. I just picked Kovu because, hey, sometimes you just wanna draw Kovu, you know how it is. It kinda works on its own way, since he comes from a harsh place and the lions in this movie…well, they’re mindless, and evil, and yeah this movie doesn’t do those poor creatures any favours. Is there something such as lion misinformation? Because this movie has loads of it.
