She kinda got a city destroyed and a lot of ponies killed by making a deal with ponies that she shouldn’t have made a deal with.
And despite that, everyone just kind of forgot about her like “oops she escaped oh well”

I never read it, so I’m actually not that familiar with said character, or all the mythos behind “Fallout Equestria.”
She was my favorite villain in the story and then she fell off the face of the earth and everyone forgot about her.
Except me apparently.
I don’t read FE stuff but from what I think I know none of the characters from the show are in it, so ponies looking similar isn’t really an issue.
Her coloring is a li’l to similar to Big Mac though.
