As somebody who never liked the common “Silver is redeemable, but Tiara isn’t” fan headcanon, I’m glad they didn’t go that route with this episode. (This part made me a li’l worried.)
 
I will admit, regardless this part was certainly a “crowning moment of awesome” for Silver, but it also kinda makes you feel bad for Tiara too. Looking at her eyes, she looks genuinely hurt, and horrified that Spoon didn’t vote for her. We’ve never really seen Tiara look that way in the show before.

This actually made me dislike her more. Sure, it was good she wasn’t taking any more crap from DT, but this just made her as bad as her.

This episode really made me like Silver Spoon a lot more, mostly for this scene and what she said to the CMC after this.

Someone suggested that Silver Spoon is actually very smart and eloquent, but intentionally dumbed down her speech around Diamond Tiara because sounding smarter than her annoyed hr.

This was the point where Diamond Tiara’s life hit rock-bottom; there was nowhere to go now but up.

Silver’s voice in this scene sounded less ‘valley girl’ than usual.
