The Queen of Coins is a symbol of emotional stability, intuition, and being ‘in flow’; reversed, self-care and co-dependency. The Spa Twins are commonly seen as being a matched pair, and one is seldom seen in art or fiction without the other. They are doubtless good at working together after so many years of experience, but that can easily lead to an inability to think of them as anything but a unit, perhaps even for themselves. Also, spa = water, so there’s also that.
 
The seashell here is symbolic of the sea and unconscious mind. The cup, unlike most of the others in this suit, is closed, representing that the Queen’s emotions are self-contained and come from within. The twins’ tails appear to cross, but do not entwine – they are connected to one another and to their emotions, but are not bound by them.
