No one forces anyone to use “Erroria”. There’s still people calling Derpy “Ditzy Doo”, after all, despite the majority of people preferring the other name.
IMO the blank flank version can stay Pluto/Alula, and the version that’s been given the warning symbol mark is now Erroria. Simple.
Octavia was at least doing something and she’s impossible to miss. Erroria is more like a blink and you miss it thing.
That’s almost as much time as Octavia has had on the show.
