I’m kinda curious, her belly isn’t actually dangerous as you wrote in the description. What happens if she did fall asleep? Do you get like extra healing?

Who says they aren’t? Our bodies continue the digestive process after we sleep, even if it slows down.
Unfortunately. Gumheart was quite sleepy, after healing all those ponies who trusted her with their lives. If only they knew one thing about predators.
