Quartz is actually one of the hardest rocks you’re likely to encounter. It ranks about a 7 on the Mohs Scale, and diamond’s a 10.
Yes, but not one of the hardest substances known to man. Either way, though, I’m pretty sure this means there’s a dragon somewhere in the Pie family tree.
