It’s not that old but it only has 64mb of video memory. It’s an integrated intel graphics chip.
 
I have plenty of regular RAM.
 
I just get confused with the terminology.

S.t.a.l.k.e.r requires about 512 mb of RAM and 128mb of video card memory to run on lowest settings. 1 gb of RAM and 256mb of video memory is quite enousg for playing on low settings without any lags. It was developed to run on PCs that were common in 2007. I can’t believe that your computer is so old.
