I use the position of the Sun to guess the time, like an Earth Pony BAWS. Did you know that Celestia doesn’t wear a watch? And that she tells the time the same way Earth Ponies do? That’s because Earth Ponies don’t need to overcomplicate simple things such as telling what time of day it is! When you’re a Princess are a hard-working pony, you don’t have time to waste with such trivial matters! When the Sun is up, it’s time to get stuff done, when it’s down, it’s time to kick back and consider sleeping.
 
When it comes to Time, do it the Earth Pony way! Princess Celestia does, so why aren’t you?
