This card does nothing, because heroes in deck cannot be damaged, and your hero isn’t part of your deck. Also, it’s not stated to be a Battlecry effect, so it cannot restore anything. (Battlecry is used as a keyword in other cards made by same author, so its not like they don’t know about it.)
Let’s not even begin to talk about how this card is still overpowered because its a 4 mana 6/6 without any downsides. 4 mana cards are generally 4/4 with effects, but can be a bit above for class cards.
