That’s a good guess as far as I’m concerned, we never do see Trucy in any of the stuff revealed so far, save for Phoenix looking at her in his locket, implying something happened. As for Apollo, he doesn’t seem vengeful so far, but we’ll just wait and see. In a year, that is. >:(
