Just a little theory. well, is not a theory is just an idea, did you ever notise that shoes shine (a background pony)has the same colors and similar mane than screw loose? (that crazy brackground pony from the hospital). what happend whith her, i don’t know, but try to imagine . . .

“Screw Loose” was admitted out of the hospital, looking well, later.
We’ll acutely,Screw Loose is Bloo’s secret mother,she just does not know it yet🤗
Shoeshine also married Pokey pierce and had a daughter named Blue when Blue visits Screwloose she tries to help bring her sanity back,but Shoeshine never notices…

She was Fleetfoot of the Wonderbolts.
Their mother let them with a drunkard of father who often took his frustrations out on the oldest. A few too many untreated head traumas caused a condition called post traumatic identity disorder, where too much stress could cause one to slip into a state of near complete detachment from who they really are/were. Some never came out of this dettachment…
Fleetfoot, when old enough, left home and never looked back. To this day, she hasn’t spoken to Shoeshine…
I also doubt it; But whether “Screw Loose” is the character’s actual name or not is not known to me and I don’t think that’s the character’s talent. “Screw Loose” could suffice as a nickname while the character is in the hospital, but she’s later out of the hospital:
He was totally cool with this
Technically, it’s a screw.
I actually kinda regret it’s not a nail, would match with the horseshoe on the other pony, y’know?
Doubt it.
However, whereas Screw Loose’s condition is that she believes that she is a dog, Shoeshine’s affliction is that she believes that she is a pony.
Apart from some minor signs (a strong taste for carrots, a fondness for saddles, and her way of sitting) it is largely unnoticable.
Cheerilee, Berry and a bunch of other fillies are playing around.
(two identical fillies arrive appearing quietly like two ghosts)
(the two fillies giggle to themselves)
And you can never tell which of them is which.
